They need reliable last-mile delivery, POS integration, a branded checkout experience, and real-time tracking. DoorDash Drive solves delivery, but restaurants still needed a front-end ordering site, a real-time workflow tied to the POS, and automation between systems.

Custom Web Cart & Ordering Experience
A powerful front-end system supporting group ordering, multiple location selection, multiple tickets in a single workflow, real-time availability and menu sync, and deep integration with Toast and Brink for accurate item, modifier, and payment data.
DoorDash Drive Integration
Suntek integrated DoorDash Drive APIs to enable automatic delivery creation when a restaurant order is submitted, real-time delivery status updates, pricing and quoting during checkout, and seamless flow from the customer's branded site to POS to DoorDash driver network.
POS Synchronization (Toast & Brink)
Through Suntek's API sync engines, online orders were pushed into the POS with item-level accuracy, modifier and pricing fidelity, automatic ticket creation, and unified reporting and reconciliation.
