Azure Cloud Migration
Suntek executed a major Azure migration, including rehosting infrastructure, reconfiguring applications for Azure environments, setting up secure cloud resources, and ensuring uninterrupted service during the transition. This allowed LevelUp to operate on modern infrastructure while aligning with Grubhub's cloud strategy.
BizBlocks Framework Enablement
LevelUp leveraged Suntek's BizBlocks proprietary framework to run their portal and supporting tools, standardize integrations, maintain cross-cloud compatibility, and simplify complex onboarding, restaurant management, and data flows. BizBlocks provided the stability and speed needed for the accelerated migration timeline.
Platform Support & Integration
Suntek also provided ongoing maintenance and monitoring, enhancement of restaurant-facing features, integration support between LevelUp, TakeOut Tech, and other Grubhub systems, and troubleshooting and short-turnaround fixes to keep LevelUp operational through its lifecycle.
