Units Storage needed a modern platform for their nationwide portable storage business that could manage the full container lifecycle, support corporate and dozens of franchisees, provide shared reporting and operational visibility, handle quoting, reservations, payments, and CRM integration, while offering tenant-level separation with corporate oversight. No existing tools could support the complexity required for a nationwide franchise network.
